N O U R I S H
To look after yourself holistically, to take care of your body and mind fully is such an essential step to achieve and maintain your long-term goals and happiness. You maybe already planted some seeds, now it’s time to water and nurture them, to let them grow and bloom!
Our life is exactly what we do on a daily basis. What we think, consume and do every day decides what we become and what our life will look like.
The wonderful thing is that you have the power to create anything you want.


R I S E  A N D  S H I N E
But where do we start? It already begins with our morning routine. There's an undeniable connection between your happiness, productivity, your sense of control, mindset and mood that you have all day long, depending on HOW you get up.
The way we start the day is the way the rest of the day will unfold. It is a big game-changer, to go to bed early and get up early without snoozing, then taking some time for yourself instead of rushing through morning. Just 15-30 minutes of yoga or other movement, a short meditation and some journaling can change your entire emotional state. Once you have set your intentions for the day and expressed gratitude, you start with a completely different energy and complete your tasks with much more ease and joy.
Instead of switching on your phone immediately and checking in with the world and others, it is so energizing to spend the first moments of the day mindfully with yourself or perhaps even reading an inspiring book or listening to an uplifting podcast. You may think you won’t feel a difference, but just be open minded and take those first minutes of the day just for yourself. And you can be even more present for your loved ones afterwards. Fill your own cup first. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself and then share your light with the world.


N O U R I S H  T O  F L O U R I S H
It’s not just about the things we eat. It’s what we watch, listen to, read, the people we hang out with. Everything we consume programs our subconscious mind, thus shapes our beliefs, view on life and our whole being. Be mindful of the things you put into your body, emotionally, spiritually and physically. It all has an impact. Spend time with things which lift you up, push you to your highest self, instead of weighing you down.
When it comes to food: We need to nourish ourselves from inside out. You are what you eat and it takes some insights to recognize what your unique body really needs. Everything we consume has an energetic effect and the food and way we eat, changes our entire being. Our body and physical health are just reflecting our internal state of being. Consuming a diet centered around natural, whole foods grown from the earth is the most powerful step you can take towards feeling vibrant and energized. Find your own way and always remember: it’s about progress not perfection!
